Are Red Onion Jam & Winemakers Jam the same jams?
Yes, they are exactly the same jam. The Winemakers Jam label was created to partner with a wine and cheese platter.
The lid is too tight, I need help?
The jams are hot filled causing the lid to be a little tight and hard to open sometimes. Here are a few tips on how to open the lid:
- Slip the end of a spoon under the lid and twits to pry open the lid slightly, you'll hear the air escape and you should be able to open easily.
- Turn the jar upside down, tap the corner of the jar lid on a hard surface.
- Turn the jar upside down in a bowl of hot water.
How to store the jam?
Store an unopened jar at room temperature, once opened store in the fridge. (Please see the Best Before date at the bottom of the jar)
How can I be sure your jams are gluten free?
All our jams have been tested and certified gluten free, the analysis is reperformed yearly.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
Once you submit an order on the Site, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, because of the speed and efficiency of our order processing and fulfilment. If you would like to make changes to, or cancel, your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Any cancelled order will be promptly refunded.
Can I gift wrap an order?
We currently don't offer a gift wrapping service.
Can I ship 1 order to multiple locations?
No. An order can only shipped to one location.
How do I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number for your order. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any issues with it.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
In the event that you are unhappy with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your concern, with as much information as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or that you received a defective or damaged item, please email email@example.com within 2 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund and/or replace the item. On some occasions we will require defective or damaged items to be returned.
