Ordering

•    Once your order is placed, Spoonfed Foods will accept that order as final and changes or cancellations cannot be made to the order. By placing an order, you agree to all the terms and conditions as advised by Spoonfed Foods.

•    Should a product not be available at the time of placing your order, Spoonfed Foods reserves the right to contact you and advise you of your options.

•    Spoonfed Foods reserves the right to accept or reject the order for any reason, including but not limited to; the unavailability of any product, an error in the price posted on the website, an error in your order or a rejected payment.

Order confirmation

When your order is received, Spoonfed Foods will send you an email confirmation of your order, including shipping costs, contact details and delivery address.

Payment conditions

•    All online orders must be prepaid. The order will be shipped after payment has been cleared.

•    All prices include GST where applicable.

•    All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

•    Please note that we do not store your credit card information on our server; and we use the latest SSL technology which allows secure, encrypted communication between your computer/device and our systems.

•    If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.

Shipping

 We strive for prompt and safe shipping throughout Australia. Orders are shipped next business day using either Australia Post and/or a courier service.

• You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery

• We cannot guarantee delivery times.

• Once shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number for your parcel.

If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, simply contact us by email, stating the reason, provide proof of purchase (within 2 months of date of purchase) and also the Best before date printed on the jar and be prepared to send the product to us (we will advise you of the address by email).

Returns Policy

All goods leave our warehouse after passing through a quality control process.  In the event you receive damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will discuss the issue with you.  You will need to provide us with the Best before date at the bottom of the jar.  We might ask you to provide us with some photos or send the product back if need be before we can exchange the product.
