Enhances lamb flavour
The delicious combination of apple & mint enhances the flavour of lamb and is much milder than regular mint sauce. Works equally well on sandwiches when the lamb is cold.

Roast Lamb Essential
If your Sunday lamb roast doesn’t include a generous dollop of this Lamb Jam it isn’t the best roast it can be. My 16yr old son is nearly in tears if we run out...ok...me too ;)

Now a staple in my pantry....I feel lost without it sitting comfortably there waiting to accompany well, just about anything I can think of!! Lamb is just the start of it! More often then not it doesn't get much further than accompanying a spoon on a journey to my mouth. Soooo delicious. Rated AWESOME!

All the jams are great, I love snag jam, ham jam, pork jam, lamb jam. Snag jam makes eating sausages taste gourmet, all great flavours. I am so pleased my daughter bought this at the Hunter and gave it to me after which I went online and purchased the others to try.

Amazing taste the apple & mint combined with the lovely spices really make this tasty on just about anything - we love it on lamb but it is also great on meats and even on salads

Don't Eat Lamb Without It
I love this jam and won't eat my lamb without it now. The propotions of the flavours are perfect and I love the hint of mint. I always make sure I have a jar in the fridge. You won't be disappointed if your buy this product.
