Happy New year 2016

Wishing you a healthy and prosperous 2016 filled with lots of good times with family and friends.

This Christmas we returned to Southern France to be close to my (Valerie's) side of the family. Fortunately, the weather is usually warmer than northern France; and the villages are alive with fresh markets, where you can taste all the regional produce - it almost serves as a light lunch just by tasting all that is on offer, from the charcuterie to the cheese, olives and the fresh bread...

For some more inspiration, we escaped to the wonderful Spanish city of Barcelona, walking through the market of "La Boqueria", where you can find everything; fish, meat, spices, nuts, vegies & fruits, sweets... the presentation is amazing and the food so so delicious.

We love the vibe of Barcelona, from its Gaudi architecture, many museums, flamenco dancing and glorious little lane-ways with unique shops - and of course the delicious tapas and sangria.

We just had to finish with a soccer match at Camp Nou with FC Barcelona, what a special atmosphere that was! Our son will never forget it!

Some exciting news this year...

  1. We have a new flavour coming out soon - that we hope you will love as much as our test tasting audience!! We'll let you know as soon as its ready.
  2. We'll be exhibiting at Taste Festival Sydney for the first time (Mar 10 - 13th 2016 - Centennial Park)
