You are not sure what to do with Lamb Jam...here are a few ideas on how to use our best seller, apple, mint, rosemary savoury jam.

1. Lamb Jam-Stuffed Chicken Breast: Make a pocket in a chicken breast by carefully slicing it horizontally. Stuff the pocket with a generous spoonful of the jam, then secure with toothpicks. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and additional herbs if desired. Sear the chicken in a pan until golden brown, then transfer to the oven and bake until cooked through. The jam will melt into the chicken, creating a flavourful and moist dish.

2. Lamb Jam Pizza: Use the jam as a unique and delicious pizza sauce. Spread a thin layer of the jam on the pizza dough, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese, cooked bacon or pancetta, and thinly sliced apples. Bake the pizza until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a drizzle of honey for an extra touch of sweetness.

3. Lamb Jam-Glazed Roasted Vegetables with Quinoa: Toss a mixture of roasted vegetables such as sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and red onions with Lamb jam to create a glaze. Roast the vegetables in the oven until caramelised and tender. Serve them over cooked quinoa, drizzle with any remaining glaze, and garnish with chopped fresh rosemary and mint. This dish provides a satisfying combination of flavours and textures, with the jam adding a unique twist to the roasted vegetables.

4. Lamb Jam-Stuffed Mushrooms: Remove the stems from large button or portobello mushrooms and fill the cavities with Lamb jam. Top each mushroom with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs and a small pat of butter. Bake in the oven until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is bubbly. These stuffed mushrooms make for a delightful appetiser or a tasty side dish.

5. Lamb Jam Salad: Create a refreshing and unique salad by tossing together mixed greens, thinly sliced apples, crumbled feta or goat cheese, and toasted walnuts. Drizzle the salad with a dressing made from a combination of olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and a spoonful of Lamb jam. The flavours of the jam will add a delightful sweetness and herbal note to the salad.
