Taste of Sydney 2016

TASTE OF SYDNEY 2016 is on this week!

Taste of Sydney starts this Thursday March 10th until Sunday March 13th in the stunning surrounds of Centennial Park.

Some of our fans have won a double pass ticket to attend the event on Thursday or Friday.
Here is how they use their savoury jams:

"My favourites are the Red Onion Jam, Lamb Jam and Snag Jam...although the Ham Jam was brilliant at Christmas just on the side with cold leg ham off the bone and equally complimentary to the turkey. All are great on the side or as a garnish with good quality meat but my little trick is to throw a spoonful of Red Onion or Lamb Jam in when I deglaze a pan...makes a simple sauce or gravy delectable!" "In the Christmas season, the ham jam is considered just as special as the ham itself! Throughout the rest of the year the chilli jam is a part of every brunch..yum". Nicole M.

"Garlic jam on a puff pastry base with mozzarella is my favourite!" Cat M.

"My favourite would have to be the snag jam, I just use as a sauce for snags, makes snags taste gourmet". Connie H.

What is Taste of Sydney?

Taste of Sydney works just like a restaurant, with a lunch and dinner service. Your ticket gets you access to the restaurants, entertainment, tastings and happenings inside the event, while ‘Crowns’ (the official Taste of Sydney currency) can be used to sample your favourite dishes.

It’s hard to pick from the amazing restaurants who will be part of Taste, but some of my favourites include "Kitchen by Mike" and "Otto" Restaurant. You can also mingle with award winning chefs or join in the attractions.
